I returned sandals as too heavy and uncomfortable for foot that has had Pilon Fracture. I rec. notice from transit co. it was to have been returned to you on the 20th, to date have heard nothing about your receipt of sandals and credit to my card. I am a long time ccustomer of your shoes, these were not acceptable.
