Ordered bulk 6” medium size bully sticks. I received yak cheese chew sticks, not even close to my order. I reached out to their website to inform of the the error. I did received my order and sent back the yak cheese sticks. Overall I am happy, despite the long process between communications, in the end, they got it right.
