Very happy!

Ordered a bag from AVONA a while ago, so I've had the time to use it properly. I love it! There just isn't anything more to it, it's perfect. handbag’s clasp broked

The bag is beatiful but the handbag’s clasp broke 2 days after wearing the bag. I never closed it because it is easy to wear open but when i closed the bag, the clasp jumped out the bag so i have not been able to wear it.. for the price i thought the quality would be better and I did not find where to claim or to be given a solution.
