I have had many difficulties with period underwear because I have a heavy flow. They can handle my 8hr shift on my days of medium flow. they do make a little noise but the fabric is soft and hold up just enough. If I use them on a heavy flow day I need to change them every 4 hours before it leaks.

Absolutely love the fit, feel, they are so comfortable BUT would even be better with a little bladder leakage protection. If you ever make them with some bladder protection please let me know

Sooo softt, i havent worn them yet because they showed up right when i ended my period. But the material feels amazing. I did size up due to recommendations.
