Awesome support team!

I ordered a pair of shoes and few weeks ago for my mother’s birthday. I got a confirmation email, letting me know that my package had been delivered, but it never arrived at my house. I contacted the store about getting a replacement, or at least a refund. They decided to send me a second pair of shoes free of charge. Jessica, with customer support, called my local post office and found that the original shoes were there the whole time! So I was able to pick them up same day, just on time for my mom’s birthday. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I am! Cannot recommend this store enough, thank you Birkenstock Midtown :)
