I reached out to customer service in good faith, expecting a reasonable resolution to a quality issue with my order. Instead of addressing the issue, they offered 15% off a future purchase as a supposed “gesture of goodwill”—which, in practice, requires me to spend more money with the company to receive any remedy at all. A genuine gesture of goodwill would have been applying the 15% adjustment to the order in question and making a reasonable effort to resolve the quality concern. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not leveraging a complaint into another sale. The entire experience felt disingenuous and has left me with very little confidence in the company.

the sizing is the only issue, ordered a small expexting the wasitband to be way more snug , but such a comfy material

I love these! They are soft, lightweight, and non-constricting, yet supportive. Great product! Need more like this!
