We were able to construct a panel that matches the existing panel on the cart and then attach the adapter to it. Looks like it is original equipment.

What is shown in the picture is not what was sent. After communicating with Novaic representatives,I was told that the correct part would be sent, but I have not heard anything since. Hopefully the company will stand behind what was told to me and the part is on its way
