I've only used it once so far because it can make so many at once but it worked perfectly! Love having the capability to batch out a few and not be constantly remaking capsules!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and company's response to multiple complaints. Scared to use the product because of the interactions with this company. Not sure what would happen if the was any issue with the product.
