Fitness Mat

My free mat shipped immediately, but my almost $2,000 treadmill has taken 2 months to ship and isn’t expected to ship now until late October! No one that I have spoken to indicated it was on back order until today. I will be canceling my order and have already purchased a treadmill from Sole instead. Terrible customer service!

I ordered 2 mats and I only received one. Someone needs to contact me and send me the 2 one I clearly paid for

The mat was okaced and when i set the horizon treadmill in it (the exact model it was designed for), the matt tore
