Disappointed and Confused

I first saw this little bag in a store near my home and absolutely loved it. I am a senior so I needed to consider how much I really wanted it. It just so happens I received some birthday money and then sold an item on Marketplace to pay the remainder. I decided to order on line to take advantage of the discounts. I was absolutely thrilled when I received it. Sadly, the first day that I used it, I got a little scratch on it. I put it aside and purchased some Money’s Best brown polish. I was delighted with the results and decided to add some polish to the front lower part of the bag. The results were entirely different. The bag now looks old and as if the colour has faded. I am totally shattered. I also noticed that the same bag in the store had a protective cloth bag with it. Before this happened I purchased a second bag as a gift as I am truly trying to support a Canadian company and what I thought was a good product. I have taken pictures and will attempt to send.
