I liaised with the vendor via whatsapp and they were very helpful. Responsded quickly. The dress was not in stock so had to be ordered which was done promptly. As soon as the dressed arrived instore it was shipped out to New Zealand from Canada. Delivery was very fast. I received the dress within a week which was very surprising and very welcomed. Great product and great service all round.
