Toward the end of February 2026, I placed an online order for a formal gown for an upcoming event. A day or two later, I received an email asking me to confirm my event date, as the dress wouldn’t be ready to ship until mid‑to‑late March. When the gown was finally ready, I received another message letting me know that the garment bag I had ordered was out of stock. Instead of delaying the shipment, they refunded the cost of the bag and sent the dress immediately, explaining that getting the gown to me on time was the priority.
