TASSI AFRICAN PRINT BELL SLEEVE MIDI DRESS [PURPLE]

It is too tight above the waist. I attempted to send it back to exchange it for a larger size and have it altered. However, I rang the customer service line several times to ask if I would have to pay the difference since the price was different than what I paid but could get no answer. Now it is too late to exchange it and I am stuck with a dress I cannot wear. Not a good experience, I am very disappointed because I have purchased numerous items from this site many times before.

Got this dress for mother. She loved it, it fit perfectly.

Great colors! Plenty of compliments when I wore it to church on Mother’s Day.
