Wide Margin

This was my first order which contained 3-different bottles, which were supposed to include cloth wicks and ceramic holders. When I received my order, only 2-wicks/ceramic holders were delivered. I contacted Friendly Folk Essentials, "Nick" apologized and said he would mail me the missing 3rd wick and holder immediately. I have contacted "Nick" several times since asking if the missed wick/holder was ever sent? It has been a month and a half since initially contacting Friendly Folk and I have NEVER received a response nor the 3rd wick/holder. I will not order again!

These candles produce excessive smoke. Had to stop burning them. They are visually pretty but unusable for their Intended purpose.
