Stockyard long sleeve - Titanium Blue

Received 3 shirts, two long sleeve and one shirt sleeve. The long sleeve Titanium Blue and the White are great. The shirt sleeve in Dusty Pink is a great color, but arrived with the first pearl snap button broken, the base had come off into the pearl snap. I emailed the company 3 times, once on the “contact us” and twice via regular email to customer help… but never received any response. I finally found a local Taylor shop that replaced their broken snap - for $15. I love the feel and wearability of the shirts, but very disappointed in the lack of any customer help when your product arrived broken. Probably will stay with another brand sadly. You guys should do better, and should send me a new short sleeve XL shirt.
