Rejoice Sweatshirt

I tried reaching out through email 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received any reply. This sweatshirt, at a $60 price point, is disappointing and is more reflective of something half that price. First, it’s a gilden heavy blend. At a $60 price I would expect something of higher quality/custom blend. Additionally, my screen print is faded/grainy/not reflective of the picture on the website which shows a very saturated screen print and seems to have been done on a rush or with lack of quality control due to increased order volume. I also got my sweatshirt 17 days after purchase and only a few days before the holiday…which felt pointless because most of the festivities had already happened. I just want a response to my email and some sort of recognition to the lack of quality on my item. Also, I should note, not that it means much but I I have always been a very reasonable person and understand feeling overwhelmed as a company or owner but the lack of response is whats most disappointing. Editing to add after looking on the shop app apparently the lack of quality is a common issue.
