Had a faulty set, was provided with a free replacement which has worked great so far! A nice product and very pleasant customer service.

This thing looks great on a table. It tends to keep a spin and draws the eye. Fabulous decoration. Unfortunately that's all it is, and it is an unstable one at that. Anytime a person or pet bumps the table the die snaps onto the base. Thendie cannot be rolled while levitating, attempting such would snap it onto the base. You can pick the thing up and roll it on the table, though it is weighted oddly for that, but putting it back into a floating state still takes me a monute even though I've now done it many, many times. Many more times than I ever wanted to. So, as a useful die or something you might take to dnd, no. Big no. But as a decoration, it really is fabulous. Catches theneye, looks great, always starts conversation from anyone whonsees it. Also, +1 for including a rubber base cover fornwhile you're trying to figure out how to place itnin the magnetic field.

Not as impressive as I was led to believe. Can't be used unplugged like advertised. Cover collects dust and fingerprint in minutes. Haven't been able to get it back in levitating position since unplugging (plugged it back in and won't go back). Instructions are a youtube video sent by email, not even a leaflet. Only communicated that it was shipped the day I received it, 5 days after purchase. Overall I'm glad I have it but I feel like I wasted my money. Edit: got it back into levitation after 20 minutes. No, a cat couldn't do this.
