Silk Sonic In Concert Tee

I have requested for two weeks now for a refund or for customer service to send me a new shirt because I was sent a RIPPED up shirt at the collar and at the bottom. It did not look new. I will still be requesting for a refund. Very dissatisfied with this and customer service as this was not a cheap shirt.

Terrible packaging ever! item is so wrinkled and wet because it was throw in the box directly and package was left in the rainy day
