I bought this product because it has the same name as a Colombian item. However, I was sadly surprised to find that they are completely different. They are not comfortable at all. This has been the worst experience I've had as a loyal Leonisa customer. I would appreciate a full refund or another appropriate form of compensation for this disappointing experience.
