Cotton Drawstring Pouches Drawstring Favor Bags (Pack of 12)

I paid almost $300 for 24 packs of 8x10(set of 12) bags and only received 2 packs because per your customer service rep they read the label wrong. I thought customer service was great at first but its been almost a week since I received my unfulfilled order and still have no answer on when the rest of my order will ship. I haven't heard back from my customer service rep who assured me on 3/2 that the rest of my order would ship that day or next business day from when I called to let them know they messed up my order. I understand mistakes happen but I run a business and have had to cancel several of my customers orders due to not receiving the right amount of bags I ordered. I've been a repeat customer for a while so I am super disappointed and upset at how slow customer service has been at fixing the mistake made on your company's end. To pay all that money and not even get half of my order is very concerning.

The pouches are perfect for the needs of an artist workshop. the fabric is thicker and more durable than the simple muslin pouch and the drawcords are nice quality which overall presents as a higher quality product. I would definitely recommend.

These are absolutely perfect for organizing my kids toys! The quality is great and the price is half of what I was going to pay on Amazon! I will probably order more after Christmas to sort all their new stuff!
