Searching for shorts that don't give me road rash from the gusset stitching. Have only 12 miles on each pair, but so far so good. Even if they don't work out as runners, I'll absolutely wear as gym/lounge.

Hybrid shorts

I’d definitely give these 5 stars. The quality is top-notch, and they feel great. I’ve used them for both workouts and jiu-jitsu, and they’ve performed really well. My only real criticism is the sizing. I have a 33 1/2” waist, and the large fits a little too loose. Tightening the drawstring bunches up the waistband more than I’d like. I also bought a medium, which fit much better in the waist but was just a bit snug overall. If you’re between sizes like I am, choosing the right fit may take some trial and error. The other thing I’d change is the side pockets zipper pulls. They feel a little odd and remind me of earrings dangling from the pockets. A more streamlined zipper design like the rear pocket would be a nice improvement. Those minor issues aren’t enough to take away from an otherwise excellent product. The shorts are comfortable, durable, and versatile enough for both training and everyday wear. As an added bonus, they’re made by a veteran-owned company—even if it’s the wrong branch of service! 😄

Awesome shorts, very comfortable. Great work out shorts, use from everyday wear to running and CrossFit. The material feels quality and I like the built in liner. Order a couple more pairs.
