Barnwood - Rigid Core Floor (9" x 60")

I was skeptical at first about ordering LVP from Prime Source because I couldn’t find many reviews. However, I decided to give it a try because I really liked the color tone and the wide, long planks. When the product arrived, I checked the quality and any damage right away, and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I made a mistake calculating the size of my basement, so I had to order two more boxes. Those were shipped by FedEx, but they arrived damaged. I emailed the company with photos of the damaged planks and followed up with a phone call the next day. The customer service was very smooth and easy to work with. They quickly shipped replacements with extra protection, and the new boxes arrived within three days in perfect condition. The planks were easy to install, even though it was my first time doing it. I’m very happy with the results. The color in the pictures looks a bit different—in person, it’s lighter, which I actually love.

Love the color and size. Just placed a full order and can’t wait to install them.
