First and Last Time Ordering from TOMS

This was my first time ordering directly from the TOMS website, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. We returned the package four weeks ago, but TOMS has been unwilling to assist because UPS did not scan it. That was completely outside of our control, yet we are now without both the shoes and the refund. My mother purchased the shoes for me as a gift. She is retired and lives on a fixed income, which makes this situation even more upsetting. Given the circumstances, TOMS should have issued a courtesy refund instead of leaving the customer responsible for a carrier’s failure to scan the return. I am extremely disappointed with both the company and the customer service I received. I will not purchase another pair of TOMS shoes nor will i recommend any family or friends to. The shoes ran small and were uncomfortable, which is why they were being returned. I originally purchased them to wear to a business conference, but I couldn't wear them after trying them on in the house because they didn't fit properly. Now my mother is out the money, and I never even had the opportunity to use the shoes and, they are lost somewhere in the mail. So without money and product. Do not order from this company. Not customer friendly.

Size down peeps!!

I know I’m going to love them but I did order my regular size and too big so I did an exchange and they are on their way..I’m looking forward to wearing these dress up or dress down with shorts, etc. They looked great in the box and on my feet, just too big!
