The engraving on the case is wonderfully done, but the quality of both the case and the lighter insert is poor. The top half of the case is loose and moves side to side, indicating that the hinge holding it to the bottom half is poory attached.
Overall, the only thing about this product that’s neat is the engraving. The quality of the case and the insert was not worth the expense. I also emailed and DM’ed them on Instagram regarding the quality of the case, specifically the looseness of the top half of the case, and I haven’t received a response. I’m hoping that by connecting with them, the issue of the top half of the case can be resolved.
