Maple Prep Board-15" x 8"

Perfect shape and size for prep. I don't need it marked meat vs veggies but I can appreciate that some folks would. Board holds in place well and feels good to use. Though it was oiled some when it arrived, you DEFINITELY need to oil it thoroughly to prevent staining from colorful foods. I oiled it quickly when I got it but it stained with a black circle from a carbon steel skillet I stupidly left on it for an hour, which looks ugly. The stain will not wash out with soap and hot water. My mistake! Now you know not to do that.
