Replacement Housing Body for Gen 1 and 2 Systems

The item was shipped quickly but broken inside package

The item was shipped quickly as I needed it fast because my original item was splitting and leaking more every day. The new item came broken on the bottom like it was dropped before it was packaged for shipping. I really needed to use this part and am afraid that the new one will start leaking also.

It was impossible to quickly purchase a spare part, and the company had no solution for the situation. Our house was without water for six days. This is extremely frustrating
