Reign Jumpsuit- White

I will not shop with Binford Girls Boutique again. This was the SECOND time they sent me an incorrect item. This time, the size I actually ordered was sold out, so I was provided a return label and promised a full refund. Tracking confirmed my return was delivered, yet my refund was not processed despite repeated emails, texts and phone calls. I ultimately had to file a formal financial dispute to recover my money. Only AFTER the dispute was filed did Binford acknowledge in writing that they had received my return and owed me a full refund. They then asked me to withdraw the dispute so they could issue the refund themselves. I declined, and the dispute was resolved in my favor. Two incorrect orders were enough. Having to fight this hard to get my money back for THEIR mistake made the decision permanent. Cute clothes, but customer service, communication and accountability matter more. I won’t be back.
