explosion of flavor

I've been buying chips for my food trucks for 14 years. My first (and probably only one) from was the worst mess Ive ever seen. No packing materials except one piece of brown paper laying on the top. The bags of Chips were just dumped into the box. The Whole Shabang chips were on the bottom and all were smashed into crumbs. Many bags of all the chips were smashed flat (see pics). I was able to salvage 14 bags total out of all the chips you sent. Your shipping standards are very poor. Just look at pics. Ron Perry, owner
