i havnt really noticed any difference. im taking several supliments in an attempt to improve the health of my feet. it turns out its really hard to know what to take as all supliments promise wonderful results. also all seem to have B vitamins in them, and I wonder if its possible to overdose on B's. My skin started feeling prickly so I stopped the multiva for a week. just re introducing it again now

I’m sure it has been effective as I have managed to stay well through the Winter. Can’t say I’ve noticed any particular benefit though.
I have also had the Flu. Injection!
I feel my Lester oil / Rev. combination gives me the help I need at this age.
