I'm very happy with the purchase of this rain chain. The copper gutter and the basin pictured are from another supplier.

Quality rain chain but most of the water splashes out by the 3rd cup.

It's a beautiful rain chain and the quality is excellent. The bad thing is most the rain water splashes out by the 3rd cup and missing the rain chain. Very little water actually reaches the lower cups. The reason for this is the wire ball between each cup redirects the water out of the cup below missing the rain chain. I have another Monarch Abode rain chain where the one cup is linked directly to the cup below and the water flows beautifully from one cup to another. I would not recommend a rain chain where the cups are not directly link to each other.
