BROK+ Sideboard

Stunning design, but long lead times The BROK+ Sideboard is a beautiful piece of furniture with excellent craftsmanship. Pastform deserves credit for their customer service. They replaced all four fronts after one arrived with a defect and also supplied upgraded shelf support pins with a protective coating after my suggestion. However, the buying experience could be much smoother. Lead times were very long, communication required multiple follow-ups, and my original shipment was delayed due to logistics issues. There are also a few design details I would improve: the rear panels are plain chipboard instead of matching veneer, there are no cable management cut-outs, and the nightstand shelf arrived damaged because it wasn’t individually protected during transport. Although it was replaced, this took almost two months. Overall, I love the furniture, but the buying experience didn’t quite match the premium price.
