The hoodie was a gift for a friend and she is so happy and it fits her perfectly

This is not true to size or oversized. It is ill-fitting and really long in length (almost like a dress inside of a hoodie). The store isn’t very responsive when I reached out to return or exchange for a smaller size so I am likely stuck with it. Material is soft and print is good. It’s the Independent Trading Company brand.
