Delta Sigma Theta Crop Wool Jacket

The jacket is beautiful. My big concern is that it arrived with spots that look like it’s starting to peel. I reached out immediately and sent photos. I asked to exchange the jacket. I’m still waiting on a response on how to begin an exchange or if they even have one in stock to do an exchange.
