Polygon Siskiu T7 - Mountain Bike (UDH)

This is beautiful, and my first modern mountain bike. It stops immediately, and I'm a bigger guy, so that was surprising. It dives and grips into low speed turns, while staying steady in high speed ones. The suspension is smooth. It came with alloy pedals, which was great. The only thing you need to do, is install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals, all simple stuff. Everything was torqued down correctly, they even greased the seat tube, and pedal eye. It also came with a full tool kit to put the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel on, with some extra bits. Converting to tubeless was easy too, the rims come pre-taped, which took out the hardest part. They definitely give you more than what you pay for. Good luck finding a new bike as good as this one for the same price.
