So far so good. I received it with nodamage and everything is running as it should. I have not have a power outage to see how it worksin real Life power failure conditios so we will see about that later

I have 6 of these now of various models. The power in our area is rather unreliable, we get surges that damage electronics about once a year. So far everything plugged in through one of these has been fine whereas a surge protector has been insufficient. Proven yet again today unfortunately, second surge/outtage since I started using these, so I'll be ordering two more. From now on anything more expensive than a line interactive UPS is getting powered through a line interactive UPS.

Got the 1500/1000 just did a test run on it with my NAS (set for auto shutdown with data cable) and my router running both for 10 minutes. After I still had 96% bat left! Love knowing our memories are safe and we have lots of juice left for other needs in a prolonged outage. Works exactly the way I wanted:) customer service was great answering questions before ordering!
