Very dissatisfied with service. Ordered on a Wednesday night as a pickup. I was never told or updated there was no production happening due to an electric issue until Friday after I stopped by during business hours and no one was there and the lights were on. I emailed several times asking for an update. I was promised the order would be ready first thing Monday morning, no update, app not updated, reached out again, no response then they said it would be ready Wednesday. When I stopped by after the app said it was ready it was just left out on the steps for anyone to take along with someone else's order during normal advertised business hours. I lost the sale of my customers due to this and probably moving forward with their orders. I am a small business as well trying to help a new small business. I will not unfortunately be using you guys again not a great first impression.
