Healthy home!
Easy to use! Deducted 1 star as it’s a little awkward to clean; wish the basin was removable. Love that I can control via the app and change the light depending on my mood. Makes a great difference in the winter months.

Never connected to the app
I’ve had this for a few months now and it has never connected to the app. Customer service cited an app update needed to fix. After about 5 weeks of waiting, this was not the fix. Ultimately I was told it needed replaced but have yet to be able to get it replaced. Pretty disappointed in the customer service during this process. It doesn’t appear that I will be refunded or shipped another one despite my many emails and calls to resolve.
