thank you for asking, the product was "separated" when arrived and gets very cloudy when shaken, it also does not lather even with 6 to 8 pumps- is this normal

I was hoping to love this product but my skin had a bad reaction to it and is currently breaking out horribly. I think my skin is too sensitive for the high level of tea tree oil in it, so if you have sensitive skin I would steer clear!
