Love these

The ballet flats are the most comfortable Tom’s shoes I have worn yet. They are better than my sneakers and make me look dressed up in the most casual outfits.

Disappointed

I go to a lot of expense and trouble to avoid patronizing Amazon, owned by a billionaire whose politics I deplore and who coerces and rips off small businesses. I was extremely disappointed when my order, with no input from me, was fulfilled by Amazon.

Loose

I normally wear a size 10, but I’ve bought 9. 5 in Tom’s before. Then I bought these navy shoes and (9. 5) and they are loose. I really don’t think I could fit my foot into a size 9. I’m a little disappointed. I do like Toms product and I will keep these shoes, I just wish that the sizing was more consistent.
