These cabbage flakes are my absolute favorite topping! They rehydrate super fast, add a great crunch, and help thicken up the broth while adding so much yummy, natural veggie flavor. It's so much easier than chopping fresh cabbage (that’ll just go bad in the fridge anyways) — definitely a pantry essential for my Ramen Bae noodles!
