Surprisingly chewy enough

Started off dry, bland but as we chew more, the mild aroma of the flour sets off in our mouths as we quieten down to taste the bagels. A 4star for a bagel that is better for our tummies with string recommendation to toast it to a slight crisp to bring out the crunchy and chewy mixed taste.
