LC Half-Zip Sweatshirt

I’m extremely disappointed with the sweater I purchased from you. The product I received looks nothing like the pictures advertised on your website, and the quality is extremely cheap. On top of that, the zipper does not work properly. I paid a high price expecting the quality shown in your photos, but what I received feels completely different and honestly unacceptable. I don’t understand how you can advertise a product one way and then send something that looks and feels like a cheap knockoff. At this point, I want a full refund. If you’re unwilling to provide a refund, I expect some type of meaningful compensation or complimentary item to make up for this experience. I’m very unhappy with this purchase and expect you to take this complaint seriously and resolve it promptly.
