They issued the shipment within a hour of the original for free and the items have been received. Changed review from 1 star to 3.
Original Post:
Horrible customer service. Delivered to wrong address. Provided proof and still no refund and no new order shipped. Disputing with bank to get my money back. My door is the brown one with a previous shipment showing. It was delivered to the blue door.

Product is excellent, I do wish they would chop or cut the slices into smaller bite size , is easier to use in Pho or Ramen...thanks
