Can’t say I can recommend these due to questionable build quality. One of my led strips have already shorted out and if it weren’t such a hassle to remove them( they have to be siliconed into the bed of the truck) I would have already returned them.

2018 Ford Raptor bed lights
I bought these led bed lights for my 2018 Raptor because I have the compactable bed extension rack that covers up the light switch for my OEM bed lights. The OEM bed lights while nice to have are only 2 lights near the tailgate so they don't provide much light for the rear of the bed and my retrax bed cover makes it dark in there when you're trying to unload at night. The pros: - Install wasn't too terrible, but it definitely is more difficult when you have a spray in bed liner - Install is clean looking, hiding of the wires and all is fairly easy - Fast shipping The cons: - Install video leaves out some of the important details in the wiring recommendations of how the wiring is connected. By this I mean the connecting of the 2 cable runs and the lead into the cab when you're wiring into the truck's harness. More on that below of what I ended up doing.... - Lights aren't as bright as I expected them to be. Based on the representation of the pictures, I expected some brightness under the sun type of lighting and instead I get more of an ambient glow from the diamond white color lights. Still something is better than nothing I guess, but I expected more and I saw a support response note in the questions that the lights would be dimmer when hooked up to the truck harness wiring (if I understood that correctly). - Installation wiring guide wasn't included in my box order, thankfully support was quick on the reply to email me the one pager reference for the wiring reference for the color wires to splice into. So install of the led strips was easy, adhesion with a spray in liner presents challenges but the tube of silicon adhesive does help. The best thing providing adhesion is the bed top liner clips that are mentioned in the install video, the led strip fits in well around these contact spots it's the in between spots you need the silicon adhesive. I have a Retrax retractable bed cover on my truck so I ended up using plastic cable retention clips I had to run the wiring from the driver side along the under and back side of the Retrax unit to conceal my wire run. I used my driver side wire to run through one of the back bed caps to run between my bed and cab under the truck and used the video instructions to drill through the plastic cap in the truck wire harness reservoir. The wire harness was wrapped tightly in plastic so you have to cut that back to expose the massive bundle of wires. For my 2018 Raptor the hot wire is the gray with purple stripe that connected to my red wire of the led strip. The ground is a thicker cable on the truck side and is black with a yellow stripe and that connected to my black led light wire. I chose to use 2 of the 4 wire splice clips to connect the passenger side led strip in the bed spliced to the power and ground led wire run from the driver side. Because my bed is covered I could make the connection there and secure it with clips hidden on the back side of my Retrax cover box that the cover rolls into. I chose to do this so only 1 wire run was made into truck harness reservoir since it's a tight fit with the clips in there now. Overall, I'm happy with the lights. I took 1 star off due to not having the wiring guide in my order box and the install video (and this is the only instructions available) omits parts of making the wiring connections. Also the 4 star rating is due to the light brightness, I feel like it's a bit misrepresented that it's going to provide a world of light in the bed.
