I had watched several videos of other Matronic robots, but Pelican reviews were great. They listed the pros and cons of each robot. I was able to speak with them on the phone because I live in Florida. They were very helpful and helped me make the best choice for my pool. They shipped it the next day. I love the fact that they warrantied my product and will pay for shipping to them if there should be a problem. I highly recommend them.

It has been used over a month and so far I’m very pleased with the overall job it does. The reason I gave it 4stars is because it doesn’t clean my steps. It tries to get up on them but every time it gives up and goes back to the floor. Staff, website and reviews were extremely helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing. I would order from them 100% of the time.
