I reached out to customer support right after purchasing to correct my mistake of ordering 2 units instead of 1, but got no reply. The items arrived, but they are useless for an Audi TT since they are too big for the space between the seat and the center console.

It does as advertised. It fit snuggly in the area so nothing should fall between the seat and console now. It seems to be made of good material. So far I am happy with my purchase.
