Carl est un excellent chocolatier et cette barre de chocolat est excellente ainsi que celle avec les fruits de la passion....très heureux de trouver ses chocolats chez signé local et à la poissonnerie au marché jean talon malgré que j'aimerais avoir un peu plus de choix...j'ai demandé à la gérante de signé local ..Mais cet été, j'irai à Rimouski et Matane et possiblement à Ste Anne ma ville de naissance...alors j'aurai un excellent choix....Merci à tous...Jean-Roch
