Joey Twin Pack

I haven't used this apron very many times, but it's been satisfactory. The best things about it are its capacity and the ability to use both hands for harvesting. I used it to harvest lemons this winter, and it could hold an enormous amount, however when I would squat down to reach the lower fruit, the apron would gape at the bottom and the fruit would fall out. If the fabric at the bottom was longer, it would prevent this problem. It wouldn't be suitable for very soft or small fruits without modification. When I went blueberry picking this spring, I placed a plastic bucket inside the apron to hold the fruit and prevent it from being squashed. It worked quite well! I know there are aprons available with this sort of thing already built in, but this worked for me.

I really love my Joey apron. It's very good qualityand feels heavy duty. The fit is adjustable, which is nice when I have a bowl inside to handle berries. I splurged on customization. I like seeing my name against the pretty orchid color. Overall, this purchase was something I'm happy about.
