Within 3 days the wheel fell off.....not very good quality.....we never found the wheel. My grandson is so upset

Not sure if it is a defective unit or what, but the rear wheel seems impossible to remove and exchange with upgraded ones that came with the bundle. The screw just rotates in its socket and won't come off. Other than this defect, it seems great. Waiting for response from customer care.
