Updated review: I had 4 star b4 cus I thought they took a long time to dry.. Oh no no no...it was the OPI bad quality top coat that was the issue here. I redid it today and totally different experience. Absolutely stunning on and fun. Ok it's a 5 star 4 sure. Recommend.
